Ingraston Farm Bed and Breakfast near Edinburgh
Ingraston Farm cottage is a 3 bedroomed cottage (all ensuite) in the Scottish Borders, which sleeps 6 people very comfortably - and also offers stabling and kennel facilities. We provide excellent bed and breakfast facilities or the cottage can adapt well to self-catering.
We also provide -
- games room - pool table, darts, games etc
- stabling and/or grazing for 2 horses
- kennelling for up to 3 dogs
- drying room and washing facilities
- seated patio area for barbeques
You can book the cottage as a whole or book one or more of the bedrooms and share the other facilities.

Ingraston is a family run working farm in the Scottish Borders where a very friendly welcome awaits you.
There are various animals to see - cows, calves, horses, sheep, lambs, hens, cats, dogs and pigs.

Local Facilities
The cottage is ideally situated for exploring central southern Scotland and can be found at the south end of the Pentland Hills. The rolling hills of the Scottish Borders are in sight and within easy travelling distance.
