Ingraston Farm cottage was awarded the 3* star grading by Visit Scotland in August 2007.

FlowersNo. of Bedrooms:
3 ensuite bedrooms. 1 twin, 1 double and 1 family bedroom that can sleep 4 (1 double bed and 1 double sofa bed). All rooms have a modern LCD TV.

Disabled facilities:
The family bedroom has a wet room ensuite and is large enough to lounge and dine in. The cottage is easily accessible by wheelchair, although the communal kitchen, dining and lounge areas are upstairs.

Cooking facilities:
The kitchen area has a double oven, grill, 4 hobs, microwave and fridge. (But see the Breakfast section below...)

Horses welcomeStables:
2 stables are available less than 10 yards from the cottage for you. We are currently applying for membership of the British Horse Society's "Horses Welcome" scheme (a quality assured bed and breakfast scheme for horses) - but we are still one of the few places in the Scottish Borders you can bring your horses for secure stabling for a weekend away!

Games roomBut what if it rains in Scotland?
We have a seperate Games Room for you (or the kids) with pool table, darts board, card table and various games. And now also wireless broadband.

Kennels:
Dogs are not allowed into the cottage but we do provide 3 kennels less than 10 yards from the cottage. The kennels can be seen from the green bedroom, red bedroom and the kitchen, dining and lounge areas upstairs.

Washing & Drying area:
Washing machine, tumble dryer and drying facilities for outdoor clothing.

Breakfast:
A traditional Scottish farmhouse breakfast can be provided, cooked and served. We provide home baking (including pancakes and scones), home-made jams, and our own eggs, sausage and bacon (subject to availabilty). Alternatively, you can completely self-cater or the fridge can be stocked for your arrival (please state your preference when booking).

All linen and towels supplied. Ample car parking available
